Meet the founder

Sabrina J. Vessel

Founder & Faith-Based Leadership Strategist

Sabrina J. Vessel is the founder of Grace & Growth Leadership Consulting, where she equips mission-driven leaders, churches, and nonprofits to build biblically, lead strategically, and scale sustainably—with Kingdom integrity at the core.

Sabrina brings a unique blend of legal acumen, theological depth, and real-world leadership experience. She holds a Juris Doctorate (JD) and a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Christian Leadership with a concentration in Faith-Based Consulting. Her academic and professional journey has shaped her passion for helping others establish solid organizational foundations while staying rooted in their God-given mission.

With a heart for mentoring women, empowering ministries, and supporting faith-based content creators, Sabrina combines legal literacy, leadership development, and biblical strategy to help clients steward their vision confidently and clearly.

Through Grace & Growth, she partners with Kingdom-minded visionaries to turn calling into sustainable impact—one aligned strategy at a time.
